The benefits of practicing gratitude are nearly endless. People who regularly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon the things they're thankful for experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness, and even have stronger immune systems.

I like to think about what I'm grateful for every morning. After watching 'The Secret' a few years ago I learned how powerful it can be in changing your perspective of a situation. ✌️🙏💞

Today I'm grateful for this creative outlet, to share my thoughts and designs. The fact I just manged to get Winnie to nursery on time and the exciting prospect of camping this weekend with my bestie, sister and family!
