Website Design

The Brief

Linen and Lace had an existing Wordpress website which they felt no longer reflected their brand aesthetic after a recent rebrand. They asked me to create a clean, crisp and spacious design, which reflected their new look and showcased imagery of their products. It was important for them to be able to manage the website and keep it up-to-date themselves. They had a large blog facility on their old website which they wanted to move across and be able to update themselves too.

The Process

I worked with the Linen & Lace team to create a 6 page website with blog facility. It's mobile and tablet responsive to satisfy the needs of the majority of their users and has an integrated Instagram feed on the homepage. They are very active on social media so this keeps their website looking really current and is instantly recognisable for people visiting from these channels. I installed a gallery to showcase their stunning imagery and has some of their testimonials dotted throughout the gallery. I installed their brand font to use for headers, which ties everything together and keeps things consistent across print and web media.

The Feedback

"We felt incredibly lucky to find Jellicoe Creative when we were looking to re-design our website. Gemma is an absolute dream to work with, completely getting us as a company and the look we wanted to create. Gemma made the whole process very easy for us and offers incredible support afterwards which we were very grateful of! We absolutely love our website and get so many compliments on it."
